Yes it does. Looks like They are making their own version of the Flashback but for the NES. Here is a promo video for it:

Never saw one at stores either. I'm also not going to get it on EPay or anywhere at all at this point.

I don't know why Nintendo did this. Did they really underestimate the demand or was it intentionally made in low numbers?
