I've got a Windows XP computer laying around at work, and after hours I sometimes fire up some of the classic DOS games like Tyrian 2000 and OMF 2097. I also dug up my copy of Cyberwar (the sequel to Lawnmower Man the PC game, released years before Jobe's War) which I might try out later. I was happy just to be able to rip the audio tracks from the Soundtrack CD.
Epic Megagames made some of the best PC-DOS games before Unreal, and Apogee/3D-Realms had a lot of classics. I've got quite a few of their shareware games installed. I also kept Zork Zero installed, because that's the only game in the Zork Anthology I can't play in my Linux environment.

Update: I installed xfrotz in my environment and can play Zork Zero. It works just fine. Not my favorite among the Zork games, but I'm happy I can play the entire Zork Anthology now.
A few weeks ago, I was playing OMF 2097 on livestream. I was thinking about playing Epic Pinball as well.
