Any dedicated Jaguar websites?

Does anyone know of any?

I know this was posted a while back, but what are you looking for? Forums or pages that sell Jaguar stuff? The only Jaguar-dedicated forum I know is JSII. Here is a link: Jaguar Sector II

Actually, quite a few members, just not many regular posters, yet. Gatordude went crazy with posts for a short spell, then nothing since. I like you two and hope you stick around. This site has only been going since early this year and I hope it ends up thriving.

Thanks! Hopefully some of the other folks start posting stuff as well. Have you thought of ways to promote the site? I plan on sticking around.

I am only a mod, and Revolutionika is the site owner/admin. I am not certain what he is doing to promote the site other than having a link in his signature over at Atari Age. I believe he has submitted the site to google and yahoo search engines, but the real way to get found with them is pay to get your site near the top of the listings.

How about "share of voice?" Having members mention the site at other forums they attend or send PM to folks they believe would be good members here? I know that's how I ended up on some forums.

I know at a forum or two that is considered spamming and can get you banned.

Guess I didn't mean that to sound so harsh. I mean PMing forum members to promote another game site. I have mentioned other game forums in conversation, even posted links in my signature, and most times it's not a problem.

Just curious, trekMD and onthinice, how you guys found our site? It must have been linked somewhere that you saw it.

I was searching for Intellivision sites and found Intellivison Revolution which then linked here for forums.

I used to check Intellivision sites back in the day then gave up looking when they seemed to not be updated.

Then along came the new release of Donkey Kong Arcade. I wanted more info so I started doing searches and likewise came here.

So, looks like Donkey Kong Aracade was the catalyst for both onthinice and I.

I think mentioning Retro Gaming Revolution at other sites is good, with an exception. There are definitely some members of other forum sites that we don't need coming over. Screening those out is difficult to impossible.

The only way to get around that is to individually invite a handful of folks to avoid those kind of people.
