0711SPIELE has created ProPaddle controllers for the Atari 2600 and the 5200 (there's a set compatible with the C64 as well) which looks fantastic.  They are currently being sold on Ebay.  Check out the current auction:  Propaddle 2 (2 Paddle Controllers in set) for Atari 2600/7800/C64/128.  Here are a couple of pictures...
