Hmm, I can think of some arcade ports and a couple other games that were not on the system: Amidar, Blueprint, Boing!, Crackpots, Crazy Climber, and Phoenix.

A "light" version of Metal Gear, or some stealth based game.

A port of Maziacs would be nice.

Well we managed to pull off a more competent version of Donkey Kong, so I suppose I should throw my vote in:

Commando. Surely we can do better, can't we?

Since INTV pulled off Commando using background cards to simulate extra bullets on the screen, maybe somebody can try a bullet-hell shmup. Maybe a Last Hope Mini.

I don't think you're gonna find a lot of overlap between people that want new games for old systems and fans of puzzle games masquerading as shooters bullet hell games.

I don't know, I think I'd rather see another military shooter ported - like Front Line or even a simplified Ikari -, than having another try at Commando.

Puzzle games masquerading as shooters?  Are you sure you didn't mean Rhythm games masquerading as shooters?

Maybe some kind of top down tank game?

Not combat. But something better. Like Wii Tanks. Very Happy

I am not sure what you would want to change -- or could change given the system -- about Dracula.

Dracula is a great game. I always had some problem about moving Dracula.
I'd like this improvement and graphic too (i.e. Castlevania for inty).
Bye

It would be interesting to see what today's programming wizards could do with some of those old games.
I never had any issue moving the Drac, but then again, I would have attributed any issue I had to my own lack of gaming talent rather than a programming issue.

Just off the top of my head, take Countermeasure from the Atari 8-bit/5200 and pump it up. Put the keypad to work. Let the turret move independently from the body of the tank. Add hazards (Mines, enemy tanks, bombers flying over?) Maybe add a Cloudy Mountain type hunt through the missile silo to find the controls while dealing with/avoiding guards. Make the code longer.
