Assuming you're asking about the 2600...the Harmony cart, without a doubt. You just put the games on an SD card, stick it into the cart, and keep going. The cart is menu-driven so you can select the games on screen. The latest version of the Harmony cart for the 2600 also works with larger and more advanced homebrew titles.
