Just in time to celebrate the cookies 50th anniversary, Cookie Guy has gotten a bit of a makeover and now after four years of retirement is back and looking more human than ever before.
To celebrate his return, Chips Ahoy! decided to prank shoppers via hidden camera this new exciting news by having bags of chocolate chip cookies come alive on the conveyor belt for shoppers to freak out and laugh at while checking out.
To celebrate 50 years of chocolate chip cookies, Chips Ahoy! is also launching a new line of ice cream flavored inspired cookies like Dulce de Leche, Root Beer Float, Mint Chocolate Chip and Mocha Chunk.
