New PITFALL game coming to iPhone!

this better be good! i hope it is what pitfall 3 should of been, but modernized.

Thanks for letting us know revolutionika! I haven't played any of the newer pitfall releases like for the Gamecube or PSII. Last ones I picked up were for the Sega 32X and the Jag. That Mayan Adventure kinda left me empty.

Since I don't have an iOS device, I haven't played this but, from watching videos, it looks more like Temple Run that has been modified to be called Pitfall. It appears to have relatively little to do with the original concept.

Different can be good.

I didn't say it was bad, just that it doesn't seem to be too related to the original. Temple Run is a fun game, so this I'm sure is as well. It's just that it could have been called anything, in theory, because of its gameplay.
