What you think townparkradio? i know you wanted red and green, but i like this version.

Gold, brown and black like an Inty? Though this does work fairly well, decent and visible.

Much better than Digital Press red and black, and lots easier on the eyes, so I like it...

yeah, im not a fan of DP's red and black either.

Make it a choice in User Preferences. Me, I'd love something resembling the original Master Component with a black ECS and keyboard.

Not sure I like the contrast between the black and the green text. Is the text available in other colors? Maybe a light blue will work better.

The green-on-black has an interesting "Old CRT Monitor" vibe to it.  It would be better if it was a little darker, but not too dark.  I do like the woodgrain background though.

I'm developing Intellivision games in my Portable Environment using emacs with the "Wheatgrass" theme, one of the built-in packages, which provides a black background and whose default foreground color is peach on my phone and tan on every other device.  The syntax highlighting scheme that I developed uses various shades of mostly green and brown, with some blue and grey, and red for warnings.  Just enough contrast so I can see at a glance what's what, without putting a strain on my eyes.

There's a problem reading text in the quoted boxes. The contrast between a white background and the light green makes it difficult.
